Association Management
Blue Skies Property Management Co, Inc. has been growing with the Myrtle Beach area since 1983. Originally formed to manage rental properties, we currently manage eleven Homeowner's Associations as well. Association management services will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Accounting and Financial Services
a. Preparation of an annual operating budget
b. Collection Agent for monthly dues
c. Monitoring and paying all expenses of the Association
2. Administrative Services
a. Attendance at scheduled meetings, to include preparation for annual meeting
b. Maintain Association's Minute Book
c. Assist in the enforcement of Rules and Regulations
3. Physical Property Supervision
a. Maintenance of General Common Elements
b. Negotiate and supervise service contracts
c. Regular inspection of General Common Elements
* Per page charges for mass mailings, long distance phone calls, postage and, if required, letterhead stationery are not included in the monthly fee. In addition a annual flat fee of $40.00 is charged for office supplies.
Our full range of services are offered at a monthly fee to be determined based on the needs of your Association.
We are affiliated with Real Estate Maintenance Company, Inc. (REMCO) for general building maintenance and emergency services. We work hand-in-hand to provide package of "total management". REMCO services are detailed under separate cover and can be provided upon request.
